BluSENSE Series 100
BluSENSE 100
Flow & Temperature Monitor
A simple, low-cost logger for Hall-effect flow meters and two temperature points. It works on its own, or reports to a BluSENSE 300 or Home Assistant over Wi-Fi. Powered over USB-C from the supplied wall plug or a standard USB-C power bank.
Flow and Temperature, Together
Your Flow Meter Is Already Talking.
The BluSENSE 100 Listens.
Connect a Hall-effect flow meter to one of the two pulse inputs. The BluSENSE 100 counts pulses continuously and records flow and temperature every 60 seconds, with each reading timestamped by its onboard real-time clock.
Its two temperature inputs capture hot and cold at the same time: cold water at the meter, or hot and cold at the water heater, a fixture or a recirculation pump. Every record is saved to the SD card and emailed to you as a CSV every day.
Two pulse inputs. Two temperature inputs. One compact logger.

Real-World Applications
Where the BluSENSE 100 Excels
Flow from a Hall-effect meter and hot and cold temperatures, logged together every 60 seconds wherever you need them.
Connect a Hall-effect flow meter and place a temperature sensor at the meter to log flow and cold-water temperature together.
Place both temperature sensors at the water heater to capture hot and cold temperatures at the same time.
Log hot and cold temperatures at an individual fixture, recorded every 60 seconds and timestamped by the onboard clock.
Monitor hot and cold temperatures at a recirculation pump, with every record saved to the SD card and emailed to you daily.
Add BluSENSE 100 units to a BluSENSE 300 or Home Assistant system over Wi-Fi for threshold alerts by email or text and a live dashboard.

-
The BluSENSE 100 is compatible with any meter that outputs a standard pulse signal — including dry-contact, reed switch, and solid-state outputs. This covers the vast majority of water, gas, and utility meters currently in the field.
-
No. The BluSENSE 100 can operate as a standalone monitoring node, logging data locally and reporting independently. For centralized data aggregation, automated reporting, and multi-node deployments, pairing with a BluSENSE 300 or a BluSENSE 200 is recommended.
-
Up to 2 years, depending on reporting frequency and environmental conditions. The BluSENSE 100 is designed for low-maintenance deployment in remote or hard-to-access meter locations.
-
Yes. The BluSENSE 100 includes 2 pulse inputs for flow monitoring and 2 temperature inputs — allowing simultaneous hot and cold temperature capture at the meter alongside consumption data.
-
Multiple BluSENSE 100 nodes can integrate into a single BluSENSE 300 network. The exact number depends on your facility layout and configuration — contact our team for guidance on larger deployments.
-
Yes. The BluSENSE 100 is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, making it suitable for property-line meters, external utility connections, and equipment installed in exposed locations.
