Hardware Warranty BluCORE, BluNODE, and BluPULSE:

  • 2-year limited warranty from date of purchase

  • Covers defects in materials and workmanship

  • Does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Component failures under normal use

  • Firmware issues

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage from drops, water, or environmental factors

  • Damage from improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Sensors or third-party components (covered under manufacturer warranties)

Warranty Claims To file a warranty claim:

  2. Provide proof of purchase and serial number

  3. Describe the issue

  4. Our team will diagnose and provide next steps

Repairs & Replacements

  • We'll repair or replace defective products at our discretion

  • Replacement products may be new or refurbished

  • Warranty period does not extend with replacements
