Hardware Warranty
BluCORE, BluNODE, BluPULSE:
- 2-year limited warranty from date of purchase
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship
- Does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Component failures under normal use
- Firmware issues
What's Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops, water, or environmental factors
- Damage from improper installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Sensors or third-party components (covered under manufacturer warranties)
Warranty Claims
To file a warranty claim:

2. Provide proof of purchase and serial number
3. Describe the issue
4. Our team will diagnose and provide next steps
Repairs & Replacements
- We'll repair or replace defective products at our discretion
- Replacement products may be new or refurbished
- Warranty period does not extend with replacements
