At BluSENSE, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Hardware Returns

- Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

- Products must be unused and in original packaging

- Restocking fee may apply

- Custom-configured hardware may not be eligible for return

Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team at info@blusense.io

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions

4. Ship product back within 14 days

Refunds

- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after receipt

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility unless product is defective
