Support Plan Terms

Overview These terms apply to BluSENSE support plans: The Starter, The Partner, and The Advisor. By purchasing a support plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Plan Descriptions

The Starter — $500 one-time A single-payment project support package. No ongoing commitment.

The Partner — $1,200/year Annual remote support plan including 6 hours of remote support per year.

The Advisor — $3,600/year Annual remote support plan including 6 hours of remote support per year plus 1 hour per month of senior consultation.

Billing & Commitment

  • All annual plans are billed in full at the time of purchase

  • Annual plans represent a full-year commitment — no mid-term cancellations or partial refunds

  • Plans automatically renew annually. You will be notified 30 days before your renewal date

  • To cancel renewal, notify us at info@blusense.io before the 30-day notice period

Support Hours

  • Included hours are valid for the duration of the plan year only

  • Unused hours expire at the end of the plan year and do not roll over

  • Hours are redeemable during business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm PT

  • Response time for support requests is 2–3 business days

The Starter

  • One-time fee, refundable within 30 days of purchase if unused

  • Non-refundable after 30 days

Scope of Service Support is provided remotely and is limited to the services described in each plan. On-site visits are not included unless separately agreed in writing. BluSENSE reserves the right to determine the appropriate team member to fulfill support requests.

Changes to Terms BluSENSE reserves the right to update these terms. Existing plan holders will be notified of any material changes before their next renewal.
